We offer regional specialities such as fish from our lake, poultry dishes made from local birds as well as game from the adjacent forests. In addition, our milk comes from a nearby farm, and we harvest our own wild herbs, delicious tomatoes and fresh salad leaves.
On request, we can also offer 100% vegetarian dishes, as well as vegan burgers, crumbles and sausages.
