Food and drinks

We offer regional specialties such as fish from our lake, poultry specialties from the neighborhood and game meat from the surrounding forests. We also source milk from a nearby farm and harvest our own wild herbs, delicious tomatoes and fresh salads.

A rich breakfast buffet is available to our guests. Upon request, we also serve a 3-course dinner menu.
We also offer vegetarian or vegan dishes on request.
